Lync Server 2010 Workshop

As a part of our ongoing training, CITO through the Government of Jamaica Microsoft Enterprise Agreement will be providing Lync Server 2010 Workshop, schedule for November 9-11, 2011.

Venue: Microsoft Jamaica Inc., Pan Caribbean Building, 10th Floor, 60 Knutsford Boulevard, Kingston 10. Parking will NOT be provided.

Microsoft’s Unified Communications (UC) solutions use the power of software to streamline communication. Microsoft Lync, one of the cornerstones of Microsoft’s UC solution, is the platform for presence, instant messaging, conferencing, and enterprise voice for businesses around the world.

Microsoft Lync Server 2010 now delivers complete presence, instant messaging, conferencing and enterprise voice capabilities through a single, easy-to-use interface that is consistent across PC, browser, and mobile device. Administrators benefit from a single, consistent management infrastructure, new capabilities to increase availability, and interoperability with existing systems.

This session is valued at ~US$2,000.00/person; however it is at NO COST to participants.

To ensure the high-quality knowledge transfer expected by the attendees of this 4 -day workshop, class size is limited to a maximum of 14 officers.

Early departure on any day is NOT accepted.

Officers should anticipate consistent start and end times for each day. Persons who are not able to attend all four (4) full days need NOT apply.
